Efficient staff and large breakfast.

The venue is fairly clean, with good location really close to the ski slope, sledging and Levi centre, the stores and Close to the slopes. Lots of options for breakfast in the bar.

The hotel was famous and clean, had pleasant views of the town. The rooms were well-equipped and brand-new, with an electric kettle, a microwave, and central heating, extremely comfy bed.

It was huge, brand-new and with a balcony at the back. The location was great and absolutely perfect, close to restaurants and bars. Went to Gastro K for drink or two, set a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Convenient location near restaurants, pubs, and winter activities. Friendly and helpful staff with good English skills. Varied selection of tasty and fresh breakfast options. Modern room with comfortable beds, private balcony, and spacious bathroom. Excellent meals at nearby restaurant.

The hotel is located in the Hullu Poro complex, which besides hotel also includes several restaurants, bars. The building itself as well as the equipment is outdated, atmosphere is like a party hotel. In winter especially conveniently located for skiing.

The hotel would look good with a renovation.

During our stay at Hotel Hullu Poro, we experienced exceptional customer service. Upon arrival, the friendly staff warmly welcomed us and efficiently checked us in. They took the time to provide us with a detailed overview of the hotel facilities and its surroundings, ensuring we felt comfortable and informed. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with cozy rooms that had all the necessary amenities. We were particularly impressed by the delicious meals served in the restaurant, offering a variety of options to suit all tastes. The hotel's location in Levi was perfect, with easy access to activities and attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our time there. we had a wonderful experience at Hotel Hullu Poro and would highly recommend it to others.

This is the second time we have stayed at Hotel Hullo Poro and we will be back everything was great. Food excellant liked the new Rock cafe breakfast great started the day of well. Room always clean and couldn't fault the service staff very helpful all in all we had another great holiday and very comfortable stay thank-you.

For the first night we did not get the room we booked.

The hotel had a beautiful scenery from our room and it was really quiet, just what we were looking for. The room was clean, cosy, and spacious with a wide bathroom. We also enjoyed having tea facilities in the room. The staff, from the room service to the reception, were all nice and helpful. They made our stay even more enjoyable. The massage at the relaxing center was excellent, especially the one with the stones. It was a wonderful week overall!

While the hotel itself was great, the food was not up to par. We were hoping for better meals, especially during the Christmas Gala Dinner, but were met with soggy pizza and chicken nuggets.

We booked the room with the sauna and this was really nice.The room had a kitchenette which was good- though a kettle would have made it even better. A nice breakfast.

Informal. Friendly and helpful staff. Small but comfortable and well-appointed room. Our stay was during late summer - easy access to our planned walking routes and places of interest. Restaurant menu did not vary but the food was unpretentious and tasty.

Sometimes had to wait at reception as only one person on duty. Some facilities we probably would have used, particularly the hotel's other restaurants, were closed for the season,

Spacious, cozy room with a mezzanine floor, two bathrooms, kitchen, dry room, and sauna. Perfect location in the heart of town, close to supermarkets and the mountain for sledging fun. Warm and welcoming atmosphere with a lovely open fire at the entrance. The evening meal offered a variety of options, including traditional dishes. All staff were helpful and made our stay smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fabulous trip here and can't recommend highly enough. Wonderful place with nice staff, everything was wonderful! The location in a lovely area was great. You could walk to a supermarket and shops.
